Oakhurst at Kingwood and Kings Manor is a community, the development of Friendswood Development Company and is immediately adjacent to Kingwood, but it is often considered to be separate developments, and not from Kingwood Kingwood villages.
Many other subdivisions have popped up around the Kingwood area, although they are not actually part of Kingwood.
